- In-person sessions (highlighted in green) are scheduled for the
first[updated starting in March to] second Tuesday of each month, Thursday of the following week, and Saturday of the week after that. - Online sessions (highlighted in blue) are on the Wednesday before the Tuesday game each month.
- All sessions begin at 17:30.
- Please RSVP for any session you plan to attend, a week in advance if possible. Your plan to attend is not a commitment, however if your plans change, please notify the referee ASAP.
- If a scheduled session needs to be canceled it will be marked in red on the calendar below in advance.
- If a session is canceled after the prior session has run all players who have RSVP'ed will be notified directly.
- In the unlikely event that more than more than 5 players RSVP for a session, seats will be confirmed in the order the RSVP was received by the referee and those over the limit will be wait-listed. Wait-listed players will have priority for the next session they RSVP.
- No player is expected to attend all of the scheduled sessions, nor is any player limited in the number of sessions he or she attends.
- The referees will accommodate requests for unscheduled sessions, either in-person or online, availability permitting.
