Waterford Merchant Descries Otherworld
A Redoubtable Tale of Survival
Merchant of Waterford Conan Ó Cianáin arrived Cravenut's Well with what can Only be described as a Tale Beyond Comprehension and yet Here He Stands!
The Skenakilla Wood has Long Been Known as a Place of Danger, yet the recital of mistéir Ó Cianáin Exceeds those suspected dangers by half. As the gentle merchant relates events, the Well Defended merchant train of Five Brothers bound for Waterford from Limerick had cause to Take Rest in the Wood. In the middle of the night as most of the train slept under the Careful Watch of the unimpeachable Rosewood Company guard, Vile Faeries of the Unseelie Court set upon the encampment with No Provocation and these Gentle Folk were summarily Slaughtered To A Man. Mistéir Ó Cianáin excepted of course, Lugh and Yaweh be Thanked!
Mistéir Ó Cianáin was knocked Insensible in the Chaos of the Affair and by Lugh's Generosity and Blessing was mercifully Overlooked. none Else survived.
Colonel Lord Brian O'Shea, hero of Mallow, has Promised to Quell the Pucaí Threat.
